After graduating from culinary arts college I wanted to utilize my expertise with my African background. I created Chef Kuleza Hot sauce with authentic kambuzi peppers. Kambuzi is a type of habanero originating in Malawi, the warm heart of Africa.

The pepper is called Kambuzi because the goats(mbuzi) like eating it's leaves, especially little goats (Kambuzi). The flavor of the peppers is out of this world, with sweet and citrus tones.
